Super Helpfull, fantastic customer service, I first came across this company through an advert on eBay for Hot Tub moving after I bought a second hand Tub. Then used them again when I moved house. Since then I have traded that Tub in for a New One. Again after shopping around I returned to Hydro-Active, Customer Service is Faultless, I can Honestly say I would not go anywhere else for Anything Hot Tub related and would not hesitate to recommend them.
